My Approach

My psychotherapy and counseling services cater to individuals facing
mental distress, seeking personal exploration, or navigating diverse challenges like career or personal struggles.

My psychodynamic approach focuses on uncovering and understanding unconscious emotions and thoughts that shape your behavior and mental state. By gaining insight into past experiences and emotional patterns, we'll work towards resolving underlying conflicts and enhancing your overall well-being.

I tailor each session to your unique symptoms, goals, strengths, and difficulties.

Together, we'll explore these elements to provide effective support and find the best solutions for you!

About me

I am a clinical psychologist (M.Sc.), counselor, and psychodynamic psychotherapist i.t.

Living in a multilingual household (French, German, English, and Georgian), I speak French, English, and German at a native level.

Having navigated the complexities of differing languages and cultures, I have a profound understanding of the discrepancies, and diverse perspectives between several environments such as home, school, and society.

Throughout my psychodynamic training and exploration of the unconscious, I've learned that uncovering and reliving past experiences, understanding bonding patterns, and deep-rooted emotions can greatly enhance self-awareness.

I want to create a safe space where you can explore your inner world and find meaningful paths to self-discovery.

My experience

Throughout my career, I've worked in different fields and positions, such as:
