About Me

My cultural background allows me to speak English, French, and German fluently. Additionally, having grown up and lived in different countries, as well as my later experience in a quadrilingual household (French, German, English, and Georgian), have given me a deep understanding of the variations in language, culture, and values across family, school/professional, and social environments.
These experiences have provided me with a particular sensitivity to cultural nuances and different perspectives.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (B.Sc.) from the Medical School Berlin and a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology (M.Sc.) from Freie Universität Berlin.
I completed a four year psychotherapeutic training according to PsychThG in psychodynamic psychotherapy (a.k.a. depth- psychotherapy) at the Deutsche Akademie für Psychoanalyse.

My professional experience includes working in a medical psychotherapeutic practice specializing in Asperger syndrome, ADHD, and treatment-resistant depression, as well as roles in the psychosomatic department at Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin and the psychiatry clinic at Johanniter-Krankenhaus in Treuenbrietzen. I am currently practicing as a psychotherapist i.t. in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

In research, I’ve contributed to projects at IQTIG, the Berlin School of Mind and Brain, and Freie Universität Berlin, particularly focusing on the evaluation of the mental health app "Minddoc." My research interests include Emotional Granularity and its potential for therapeutic training.

Additionally, I’ve gained diverse experience working in the FoodTech and InsurTech sectors with companies like Foodora and Friendsurance.
In 2022, I gave a presentation on emotional granularity and personality functioning at the World Psychiatric Association Congress in Tbilisi, Georgia.
